Shipping Policy

1. General Information
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products (“Products”) purchased from Anyk (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, social media channels, or any authorized platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all regions within the Kingdom of Morocco, including urban and rural areas.
- International Shipping: At this time, international shipping is not directly available through our standard checkout process. If you are located outside Morocco and wish to place an order, please contact us directly via Instagram (@anykofficiel) or WhatsApp (+212661528942) for a custom arrangement.
3. Shipping Fees & Charges
- A flat shipping fee of 50 MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) applies to all domestic orders, regardless of order value or destination within Morocco.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned, refused, or undeliverable due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international shipments (arranged by request) are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
4. Delivery Methods & Timelines
- All orders are dispatched via reputable courier partners selected by Anyk at its sole discretion.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Because our products are made on demand, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within Morocco, depending on the destination. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to production schedules, courier operations, holidays, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Payment Method: At present, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders. Customers are required to pay the full order amount (product price + shipping fee) directly to the courier upon delivery.
- Refusal to pay for COD orders may result in:
- Return of the Products to us,
- Blocking of the Customer from placing future orders, and
- Recovery of costs incurred, if applicable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipping information, including recipient name, delivery address, and contact details.
- Ensure availability to receive the package at the time of delivery.
- Pay the applicable fees at the time of delivery when selecting Cash on Delivery.
The Company is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
- All Products are packaged with due care prior to dispatch.
- Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the Customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier at the address provided.
- Title to the Products transfers to the Customer only after full payment (including shipping fees) is received by the Company.
8. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
- If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer, the order will be canceled.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Any additional costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.
