Returns & Exchanges

At Anyk, every shoe is handmade on demand with care and precision. While we take pride in the quality of our Products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This Policy outlines your rights and obligations when requesting a return or exchange. By purchasing from Anyk, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The Product is unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • The Product is returned in its original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, or accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items:

  • Customized or special on demand orders (e.g., custom sizes, wedding shoes, or personalized designs).
  • Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at:

2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Anyk is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or style.

3.2 If the requested Product is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose a different Product of equal value, or
  • Receive a refund (see Section 4).

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned Product has been inspected and approved.

4.2 Refunds exclude original shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

4.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

5.1 If you believe your Product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details.

5.2 Verified manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange or refund at no additional cost to the Customer.

5.3 Normal variations in color, texture, or stitching due to the on demand handmade process are not considered defects.

6. Final Sale Items

6.1 Certain promotional or clearance items may be marked as Final Sale.

6.2 Such items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

7. Processing Timeline

7.1 Inspections of returned Products may take up to 7 business days after receipt.

7.2 Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days thereafter.
