Yes. All Anyk shoes are on demand (made-to-order). This means each pair is handcrafted after you place your order. Because of this process:

  1. Production and delivery typically take 7-10 business days within Morocco.
  2. Slight variations in color, finish, or stitching may occur, these are natural in artisanal craftsmanship and not defects.
  3. Customized and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Where can I buy Anyk shoes?

You can purchase Anyk shoes through:

  • Authorized partner stores across Morocco.
    We do not sell through any unauthorized websites or channels.

Do you only deliver in Casablanca?

No. We deliver throughout Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, and more.

We also offer international shipping to selected countries. For international orders, please contact us directly via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.

How do I place an order?

Until our official website launches, you can order in the following ways:

What is the delivery time?

Because our shoes are on demand, delivery typically takes:

How much does shipping cost?

  • Domestic shipping: Flat fee of 50 MAD anywhere in Morocco.
  • International shipping: Quoted separately depending on destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Domestic orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • International orders: Custom arrangements (advance payment or bank transfer), confirmed directly with our team.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

  • The shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
